The mission of Roca Inc. is to disrupt the cycle of incarceration and poverty that ensnares so many low-income youth. Based in Chelsea, Mass., Roca staff observed the devastating impact the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency’s enhanced enforcement actions were having on the youth they serve. With leadership and input from the community, Roca developed a Know Your Rights campaign designed to educate immigrant families about the rights they have. They turned to LMC for assistance publishing a brochure on the topic.

The bilingual publication, “Know Your Rights,” became a centerpiece of the campaign, which was welcomed by documented and undocumented families alike, many of whom live in constant fear that they’ll be picked up and separated from their families without notice.
