In his current position as a communications counselor, and as a former senior government official and manager at nonprofit organizations, Dwight brings clients more than three decades of professional experience. He left a vice-president position with Fenton Communications, a social marketing public relations firm, to start his own company in 1998. Over the years, he has advised the principals and senior staff of more than 250 clients.

As LMC president, Dwight consults with a diverse clientele regarding communication, public affairs and marketing matters. He is most experienced at strategic communications planning and counseling. Earlier in his career, he served as an assistant press secretary to NYC Mayor David Dinkins. He also ran the public affairs office for two of NYC’s largest agencies — the Housing Authority and the Department of Transportation.

Dwight has served as an editorial assistant with Harcourt Brace Jovanovich and as vice president of communications and marketing for Castle Connolly Medical, a leading consumer healthcare publishing concern. He is a graduate of Pomona College and has attended Hastings Law School.
